Some days I long to go back to 'The Room'. So much so that my heart aches, my mind goes numb.
'The Room' with its pale green walls and a wall with a full book shelf have grape vines and flowers painted at its base. I want to sit cross-legged at the bed with white sheets and scattered red flowers by the window, stare out at the clouds, the Peepal tree across the road, not hearing any voice but the rain pouring down, seeing all the blue, grey, green, red colors at once and just... be there.
Then I catch myself remembering, its not pale green now but butterscotch yellow and the book shelf is half empty, The Peepal tree is long cut down and there is no bed by the window anymore.
