Coming Year.

Its an year came, an year passed for me and hence I am not looking forward to 2013.

I didn't had great expectations but wish 2012 had less disappointments. One of the many disadvantages of being grown-up is you can fool others, but you can not fool yourself. No matter what people think or say, you in the end always know the entire truth. You know if you are not happy, you made several unhappy as well. You for once know that you are responsible for your happiness and the disappointments. All this wisdom you get from each year.

I rolled down in every aspect. I learned less, I shared less and I rolled down. I either stayed where I was or declined. I am glad for this might be my most successful year financially and most importantly I get to stay where I wanted.

Dear 2013, Be kind to me. Do not let me sit or go back. Make sure I always move ahead. And before leaving, give me some reasons to look forward to 2014.

..mat pooch ke kya haal hai mera tere peeche ?
tu dekh ke kya rang hai tera mere aage.

afrat ka gumaan guzare hai, main rashk se guzara
kyon kar kahoon, lo naam na uska mere aage.

The rest of the 'Stories'

They all begin with usual 'Once Upon a time'  and ends with 'and they lived happily ever after'. I believe .. In fact I know there is a lot beyond this. There is a lot to understand before it starts and lot more to see before the narrator ends it.

Why was Cinderella the way she was? Why the Evil Queen in Snow White had the desperation to be the most beautiful lady in the world? What kind of life beast used to live before he turned into the beast? Do you really think princess had a 'no issues' life with the frog turned into a prince, did he carried frog habbits? What happened to black swan after the happily ever after of the lake princess and prince? Or Did Rapunzel really like being a princess or she missed her long hair and the tower later in life; did she proved to be a worthy princess?

No matter how new or old the story is, good or bad, Its just a point of view of the narrator. He starts from what he knows, and tells the part till he knows. We never really get to know all of it. Am not even sure if we can know all of it. All we can do is to create our own versions of the 'rest of it'.

We read Little Red Riding Hood and her grandmother was later rescued by a saintly lumberjack. I say, may be he was 'not so saintly' Rumpelstiltskin roaming in the jungles after he failed to claim the first born child of the Queen who was none other than Step Sister of Cinderella married to frog prince. Who knows?

Day and Night

Both have something beautiful to offer. Both of them together make the world pretty.

30th Nov 2012

I want to remember this day. I lost a major reason to look forward to everyday. A bit disappointing end of the year. Hope for better days soon.

An Evening.

Well I hope that I don't fall in love with you

Cause falling in love just makes me blue
Where the music plays a new display of hard for me to see
I head a beer and now I hear you calling out for me
And I hope that I don't fall in love with you.

Now the night does funny things inside a man

These old tom cat feelings you don't understand
I turn around a look at you you light a cigarette
I wish i had the guts to bum one but we've never met
And i hope that I don't fall in love with you.

I can see that you are lonesome just like me
And it being late you'd like some company
well I've had a look at you
and you look back at me
The guy you're with is up and split
that chair next to you is free
And I hope that you don't fall in love with me.

Now it's closing time
The music's fading out
Last call for drinks
I have another staff
I turn around and look at you
You're no where to be found
I search the place for your lost face
And have another round
And I think that I just fell in love with you.

Back to December

Dear Friend,

You know what was I thinking while driving back home today? that I don't remember our last conversation. I would have remembered it if I knew it was our last conversation. You never think the last time's going to be the last time, you think there will be more. You think you'll have forever, but sometimes you don't.

I have so much to say and I crave to hear your words. But this is what I get for my wrong, I get to live a life knowing I'll never have you.

I re-play our times and keep memories refreshed. If you could ever forgive and take me back, I'll wait for you where we left.

Yours,
C

The laws of the world.

The world has his ways. Its already decided, divided, distributed in a way and

is functioning like that since... since we know it exists.

There is a certain rulebook. The pre set norms of a well lived life, Some criteria to be a good person. Its convenient to live a life within them. Just like to flow with the flow of the river.

It totally make sense.

Even then, Some of the most obvious rules of this world doesn't make sense to me at times and this is not the worst part of it. The worst part is it does to you, which makes you one of the rest of the world.

"How could you live and have no story to tell?"

When I was young, much much younger, Among many fond memories I have is how good my dad was with Rubik's Cube. Yeah that toy, got six colour coded faces and we shuffle them thus mixing up the colours. For the puzzle to be solved, each face must be returned to consisting of one colour. He was good, and I was bad I still am. :P

I know the reason why. He used to dare ruining a perfectly done side in order to get other sides done where as me, I fix a side and couldn't move ahead because moving ahead means messing it up. One has to look at the bigger picture and the bigger picture is to look beyond fixing one side and move ahead to solve the cube.

With whatever little adventure i had in my little lived life, I can say 'taking every day as it comes' is no fun. The fun is to aim the sun, the stars and chase them. The fun is to take a chance, make mistake, get lost, laugh at it and at yourself and then take a new turn. In short, its about moving on and never stop.

So even if you have solved the puzzle, you are suppose to pick, shuffle it up again. Every time you shuffle, you'll find a new way to solve it. And some of you might never be able to solve it like me but you cant help but keep trying. That's what the puzzles made for. If they are fixed and placed safe in a shelf, they are just another show piece.

Present

Sometimes, amid of all good and bad, the running clock and the rising and setting sun, the things falling in and out of place, the run , the fun, the chatter, the walk, building and crashing hopes, the fear of loosing and breaking, the smiling eyes, the dry hands, the pain, the comfort, the past and the future;  I long for a moment in present to breathe.

A long deep breath on my own, with myself, just for me.

Ferris Wheels :)

They look pretty. Like a giant pin wheel rolling on the wind or like a big round colourful candy to be licked :D I love love Ferris Wheels. As beautiful and tempting they look, Every bit of the world around looks prettier from them. The Sun feels brighter, the wind is stronger, and you can listen every beat of your heart. That very moment at the top of the wheel, you feel liberated, free of all thoughts. Peace.

And on top of all, I have the best memories attached. :) :) :) :)

One such love.

Woh Aankh Ke Kehne Pe Safaarat Nahi Karta,
Dil Hai Ke Abhi Uski Himayat Nahi Karta,

Kis Baat Pe Rootha Hai Pata Ho To Manaun,
Woh Rooth To Jata Hai Shikayat Nahi Karta,

Har Baat Mein Hai Uske Sau Sau Matlab,
Woh Baat To Karta Hai Wazaahat Nahi Karta,

Us Shakhs Ke Waadon Mein Wafa Aaye Kidhar Se,
Waade Bhi Jo Az Rah-E-Mohabbat Nahi Karta,

Main Usse Rooth Kar Jaati Nahi Ke Aksar,
Roothun To Manane Ki Zehmat Nahi Karta,

Main Uske Liye Saare Zamane Se Buri Hoon,
Woh Shakhs Jo Khud Se Bhi Bagawat Nahi Karta...

The Warrior Princess

A warrior unlike any,
She has built an army one by one
For every act she survived and endure,
within a new soldier was born

Together they has,
what needs to change ones fate,
She keep her thoughts in her sleaves
and what she feels, clear on her face.

But they have one eternal war to win.
Her Mind or Heart, who rise above?
Cause, for her its easy to be brave,
And for her its easy to love.
